| Quick Resume: Annette is a private teacher for harp since 1994. She teaches lever harp and pedal harp, beginners and advanced, any ages, many music styles. Annette also teaches recorder and composition/improviation, and coaches ensemble music. Rental harps are available.
Born and raised in Germany, Annette studied harp at the music school in Heidelberg, and the university of Hildesheim. Since 2000 she lives and teaches in the Chicago-area.
Her speciality is klezmer music, and other Esstern European ethnic music. Annette is a member of several performing groups such as Duo Controverso, and ensemble Myridian. She has performed and taught at international harp conferences and music festivals in Europe and North America. |
